I’m both a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and real estate investor myself. I have personally owned multi-family properties, fix-and-flips, BRRRR’s, short-term vacation rentals and co-living spaces. I specialize in helping my clients invest in rental properties, analyze and optimize existing real estate portfolios, complete 1031 exchanges and manage inherited real estate assets.
Do I need to be an experienced real estate investor to benefit from this plan?

Absolutely. We will factor in properties you already own and properties you plan to purchase and show the long-term, positive impact of property price appreciation, tax write-offs and rent growth over time.
I have a lot of highly appreciated real estate. Can you help me plan for this?
Yes. I have helped multiple clients defer taxes via both 1031 exchanges and Delaware Statutory Trusts. We will also identify the best candidates for sale in your portfolio if you have short-term liquidity needs.
I have inherited real estate. Can you help me work through all of the decisions I need to make?
Yes, inheriting real estate adds to the complexity of settling an estate while also trying to deal with the loss of a loved one. We will work together to decide what to do with each property (sell, live in or rent), assess each property’s condition and immediate maintenance needs and work through co-ownership complexities if more than one heir has inherited the properties.
Can I check in with you at a later date once we complete my plan?
Of course! Whether you want to regularly meet afterwards or just check in as life circumstances change, you will receive a lifetime 20% discount on my current hourly rate.

• Plan pricing is based on the complexity of your financial situation. Complexity increases with the addition of elements such as real estate investing or owning one or multiple businesses.
• Ongoing support to help you implement your plan is available beyond this five meeting package at a discounted hourly rate of $240/hour.
